announced a new feature for homemade tablet in the future that is AMD Turbo Dock. This feature makes it
possible to improve the performance of CPU (Central Processing Unit) and the
GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) to 40 percent according to certain mode.
In general, the Turbo Dock features made by
AMD is not much different from the keyboard dock accessories that have been
applied to the tablets and convertible notebooks that already exist. However,
AMD is creative enough to make a "Turbo Dock" as media for improve
the performance of future tablet product.
When the tablet is connected with keyboard dock that
has been supporting the Turbo Dock, then tablet will switch to hybrid mode and
user will get the tablet performance improvement, up to 40 percent in addition
to the physical keyboard. Not only that, it also features Turbo Dock allows for
increased battery capacity and storage space is optional.
Improved performance due to tablet Turbo Dock technology will allow users
to play HD video, 3D games or doing tasks that require heavy processing power
is great. When the tablet is released from the dock, then hybrid mode on the
tablet will be turned off and ability CPU and GPU will be back to normal in
order to save battery consumption.
